150 organisations, among which is also Tethys, representing artisanal fishworkers, development and environmental NGOs and other stakeholders, signed a declaration to be presented in a few day in Brussels. The reform of the Common Fisheries Policy in ways which ensure the recovery of fish stocks and habitats, the promotion of best practice, the elimination of the most harmful fishing methods are the requests.

ITA 150 organizazioni non governative, ambientaliste e per lo sviluppo, tra cui Tethys, hanno sottoscritto la dichiarazione che verrà presentata, a giorni, a Bruxelles. Una riforma della politica comune della pesca che garantisca il recupero degli stock ittici e degli habitat, l'eliminazione di pratiche di pesca distruttive a favore di quelle sostenibili, e un’accesso alla pesca basato su criteri sociali e ambientali, figurano tra le richieste.
